City of Yangon Myanmar

When you visit Myanmar city, there are few places that you should not miss. The Golden Pagoda for example is a must see interesting place. Other than the pagoda, there are a lot of interesting buildings in the city that one should see.

The Myanmar High Court is a magnificant building with colonial style achitecture and red in color. It is a very striking building in the city. Some moron politicians want to demolish the building and turn it into a commercial building. Luckily all the lawyers in the building protest and refuse to move out. Eventually the government scrape the plan.

Street Life in Myanmar

After several years of "missing action" in Myanmar, I was back to Myanmar again last year. This time I managed to take a half day off to snap some good photos in the city of Yangoon.

Interesting fact in Myanmar is no bicycle or motorbike in the city of Yangon! Compare with the last visit, there are more cars on the road and making the traffic very bad.

The busess on the road are old but colorfull. The building are typical colonial style or with buddism features. Oh, I can still find old type writer on the street!
