The Blue Mansion George Town is the last post for my Penang Trip. It was built in 1888 (The tour guide told me this) by a rich Hakka Chinese who made his fortune on trading goods and plantation.
The Blue Mansion open for visitors three times a day (Check out their website) so make sure you go in right timing. It is good to have a tour guide to explain the history of the building so you will appreciate it better.
I like the courtyard in middle of this building but unfortunately no photographs are allowed inside the building. Blue Mansion opens for banquet and special functions. You can also stay inside there.
