Berlin - Germany

Compare with Frankfurt, Berlin is older and has more to offer in term of history and culture. The pace is slower and you can take time to explore the surroundings.

River Rhine - Germany

The river Rhine starts from Switzerland and pass through Austria, France, Germany and Holland. I hoop into a boat that cruise along the river. The boat will stop at any small towns and you can spend time exploring the little town before hoop back into the boat again.

I could not remember the name of the little town that I visited but it was nice and beautiful. I went up to the hill and took a nice view from the hill top.

Neuschwanstein - Germany

I always have fond memories of travel to Germany. It was my first trip to Europe together with my wife many years ago. One of the places that we visited is the Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria Germany.

The castle was built by King Ludwig and cost him a lot of money. People say he was insane to waste so much money to build a castle but today it draws millions of visitors and contributing to the Bavaria economy.

To reach there, you must first arrive in Fussen (a small place) and then walk up to the hill (with proper road). We were lucky on that day because there was some sort like a beer festival (Not the Oktoberfest because we went in Spring) and had the chance to try the wurst (sausage) and the German beer!

 View from the train

Nice one!
